Here at Mint + Laurel, we care about what goes on our bodies and in the environment. Our products are not only fragrant and nourishing for the skin, but they are also good for you and our planet. Here are six reasons our body bar soaps and products are beneficial to you and our environment:
1.
Our body bar soaps refrain from using any source of animal product. We don’t use ingredients such as milk, fish oil, or beeswax. Instead, the main ingredients for our soaps are olive oil, laurel oil, water, lye, and essential oils.

It is safe to say that no animals were harmed in the making of our soaps. We do not test our products or our ingredients on animals, nor do our manufacturing methods include experimentation on animals.

Our packaging is environmentally-friendly. Each soap is wrapped in paper and twine from Syria, and labels are printed on recycled paper in America. All of our labels are made with recycled paper.

Our products are made from organic, natural ingredients. Our soaps are good for dry, sensitive or eczema-prone skin.

The packaging of our products can be reused or recycled. Our products do not threaten the environment or human health. We use recyclable, soy ink, tissue paper and stickers. With every order, our vendor plants a tree in areas of need. To date our No Issue has planted 10, 794 trees worldwide.

Each product is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans from the Middle East and packaged in Los Angeles. We support at-risk artisan communities impacted by war and help them make an honest living with their trade.
