SHIPPING + RETURNS

We’re a small business with a big heart, and we want every order from Mint + Laurel to feel like a gift. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and return policies.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Special orders and event favors are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

  • Products returned in unsellable condition (opened or used) will not be eligible for store credit.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@mintandlaurel.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card once your return is received and approved.

  • Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and not included in store credit.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit—including shipping costs if it was our error.

Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. via standard USPS or UPS. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
