Making a soap sampler - a labor of love

Last year we introduced soap samplers, giving our customers a single use soap slice from each fragrance of our Aleppo organic soaps. The samplers were intended for boutique hotels, AirBnBs and environmentally conscious frequent travelers who would enjoy high-end single use soap bars and not feel wasteful using a large bar provided by traditional hotels.

For artisans making our samplers, it is a labor of love. Slicing soap, wrapping soap, packaging a slice of lavender, jasmine laurel, amber, tulip, rose in an Aghabani pouch, wrapping the pouch with a label to honor the Syrian artisans who worked on these beautiful Mint and Laurel soap samplers. This is a labor of love that at least six people get involved in before it makes it to your loving home. The meditation, reflection each artisan goes through while crafting is powerful. The history and #culture it took to develop is humbling. The human connection that happened to craft this beautiful piece of art is uniting.
